The Ukrainian syndicate Toloka invested $1 million in the American startup Forta Health

The angel syndicate of Taras Kyrychenko, Alexander Kolb and Igor Shoifot took part in the extended round of series A for $15 million

California startup Forta Health was founded in 2021. He specializes in services for the treatment of children with autism spectrum disorders. There are about fifty people in the startup team. Founder and CEO – Ritankar Das. His previous project – the Dascena medical service – was acquired by the American diagnostic company CirrusDx in August 2022.

One of the founders of Toloka, Alexander Kolb, has not yet confirmed or denied the fact of the agreement.

For the five months of 2023, Forta Health's revenue has grown 10 times, the average projected revenue growth is about $1.5 million per month.

In July 2022, the Forta startup was valued at $68.5 million. Then it attracted $24.4 million in Series A investment from Insight Partners with the participation of the British Digital Horizon and the American What-If Ventures, MVP Ventures, and FJ Labs.

At the end of 2023, Forta was going to raise another $30 million, according to a preliminary estimate it was already $120 million, but the plans obviously had to be changed. Insight Partners offered to expand the series A round by another $15 million at the current valuation and undertook to lead it.
