The project is being implemented by entrepreneurs Yurii Shkvarok and Andrii Tsymbaliak, according to Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko and Lviv Regional Governor Maksym Kozytskyi.
Svyrydenko recalled that the company’s founders began their business journey in the early 2000s with a few small bakery shops. Over time, Tile grew into Ukraine’s largest producer of metal roofing and profiled sheeting, expanding into export markets.
Despite the war, the company decided to diversify operations and invest in agricultural processing. The new refinery plant is equipped with machinery manufactured by Ukrainian producers from Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Dnipro, Odesa, Lubny, and other cities.
Among the equipment are a TAN refining line and a PET line from Pet Technologies (Chernihiv), a TEFF boiler (Odesa), a “Nadiya” bottling line (Cherkasy), storage tanks and a filling unit by AKIM (Dnipro), and silos from Lubnymash.
According to Kozytskyi, the project supports dozens of Ukrainian companies and hundreds of their employees. The plant’s launch will create new jobs in Lviv region and increase tax revenues for local budgets.
