The enterprise is located in Chernivtsi region, approximately 50 km from the EU border. The production site includes a privately owned land plot of 4 hectares, around 8,000 sq. m of production, warehouse and office premises, as well as a fleet of equipment for woodworking, pellet production and related products. The business has been operating since 2013 and employs around 65 people.
The company’s main growth area is wood pellet production. The enterprise currently produces around 400 tonnes of pellets per month, while the target output is 800 tonnes per month. According to the investment proposal, once full capacity is reached, the annual profit of the pellet segment alone may increase from UAH 19.2 million to UAH 38.4 million.
A separate business segment is focused on exports to the EU. The company produces oak shelves under a white label model for the DACH market, as well as art easels for the Benelux countries. Total foreign currency revenue from these contracts is estimated at almost EUR 1 million per year. In particular, the oak shelves segment generates around EUR 550,000 in annual revenue, while easel production accounts for approximately EUR 440,000.
The enterprise also operates in the Ukrainian B2B market for picture frames. According to the seller, three key clients purchase 98% of the output in this segment, while annual revenue amounts to around UAH 25 million.
The asset base includes two pellet production lines, woodworking machines, wood drying chambers, a boiler house, compressor and aspiration infrastructure, a 630 kVA substation, a 350 kW diesel generator, as well as a 400 kW rooftop solar power plant commissioned in November 2025. The estimated value of the company’s real estate is around EUR 1.4 million, while equipment and infrastructure are valued at approximately EUR 970,000.
The sale terms provide for two possible scenarios. The standard option involves the acquisition of the integrated property complex for EUR 2.5 million, with the founder providing support for four months after the transaction. The alternative option provides for a payment of EUR 2.5 million upon signing the agreement and an additional payment of EUR 200,000 after six months if the pellet production line reaches a confirmed output of 800 tonnes per month.
