Dobrobut, one of Ukraine’s largest private healthcare networks, plans to expand its business through the acquisition of Mirum, a multidisciplinary treatment and diagnostic center in Kyiv. The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) will consider on August 13 an application by Medical Center Dobrobut-Polyclinic LLC to acquire control over Mirum LLC. The company submitted the application to the AMCU on July 3, 2026.
Mirum is a private multidisciplinary treatment and diagnostic center in Kyiv, registered in 2020, according to YouControl. The clinic provides a broad range of medical services. According to the company’s website, the center employs physicians across more than 50 specialties. Its key areas include comprehensive medical check-ups, laboratory diagnostics, plastic surgery, oncology and oncological surgery, inpatient care, trauma services and other medical specialties.
Mirum LLC is owned by Mykola Nadtochii and Serhii Bulhakov. The clinic is part of Alte Group, a corporate group that also owns assets in the renewable energy sector. The group also includes Alte Foods LLC, which is engaged in fruit and vegetable processing and preservation, according to YouControl data.
For Dobrobut, the potential acquisition of Mirum would represent another step in expanding its presence in Ukraine’s private healthcare market. The network is among the country’s largest private medical operators. Its portfolio includes 20 medical centers in Kyiv and Kyiv Region, an emergency medical service, dental services and pharmacies. Dobrobut provides healthcare services for both adults and children across more than 75 medical specialties.
The network’s main operating company is Medical Center Dobrobut-Polyclinic LLC. Its revenue reached UAH 4.23 billion in 2025, up 26.5% year-on-year. In the first quarter of 2026, the company’s revenue increased by 12.27% year-on-year to UAH 2.32 billion.
Mirum’s financial performance has also demonstrated steady growth. In 2025, the clinic’s revenue increased by 23% to UAH 158.8 million. In January–March 2026, the company generated UAH 84.5 million in revenue, up 14.1% compared with the same period a year earlier.
At the same time, Dobrobut’s ownership structure has recently changed. In May 2026, Nadiia Shalomova, co-owner of restaurant group La Famiglia, became an ultimate beneficial owner of a stake in the medical network after acquiring 32.18% of its shares, according to YouControl.
The review of Dobrobut-Polyclinic’s application is a required step toward completing the potential transaction. The AMCU must assess whether the acquisition of control over Mirum could affect competition in the private healthcare services market.
If the regulator approves the concentration, Dobrobut will be able to integrate Mirum into its medical network and strengthen its position in Kyiv’s private healthcare segment. The transaction would allow the network to expand its infrastructure and presence in multidisciplinary healthcare while adding another medical facility with a broad range of specialties.
