Among the clients of Maxymiser company – are more than 250 popular brands, including Allianz, HSBC, Lufthansa, Tommy Hilfiger, Wyndham etc.
The amount and requirements of the deal are confidential, and it is planned to close the transation till 2015. Maxymiser`s solutions are going to be used in the marketing platform Oracle Marketing Cloud.
According to the Tmas Curian, the president of product development in Oracle: “Oracle Marketing Cloud with help of Maxymiser will be able to give companies a chance to stop guessing, and start offering clients exactly what they want through all digital channels and devices”.
Maxymiser was founded in 2006,the core of the technology was designed by Ukrainian team of programmersfrom Dnepropetrovsk city. Maxymiser was able to attract investments from venture funds Investor Growth Capital, Pentech Ventures и Scottish Enterprises. Currently – it is a huge nternational company. Maxymiser offices are located in New York, Chicago, Dusseldorf, London, Edinburgh and San-Francisco. Technical centers of the company are located in Dnepropetrovsk, and Kharkov. Maxymiser processes more than 20 bln user queries per month.
