The deal is scheduled to be closed by the end of the year. The company plans to uphold position in North America with a help of Ukrainian talents at Lohika. With the takeover, Altran is implementing its ambitious business plan drafted until 2020. Altran plans to win the East Coast, the leading IT spot. The press release of Altran reads the company’s profit to reach EUR 500mln by 2020. By taking over Lohika, Altran will sell services related to mobile solutions, enterprise solutions, cloud technologies, and big data.
Notably, Ukrainian Lohika has been servicing world’s IT majors like Microsoft, Cisco, HP Enterprise, BuzzFeed, Twilio, Okta and others. Lohika offices are located in Kyiv, Lviv, Odessa of Ukraine, and Cluj-Napoka in Romania. The team will not be relocated from Ukraine, according to Altran. In 2015, Altran posted EUR 100mln in profits.
