LLC “RUSH,” the operator of the EVA retail chain, has completed the acquisition of the 19,119 m² “SK Omega-1 Logistic” complex in Brovary from Dragon Capital.

The transaction is directly driven by the rapid expansion of EVA.UA’s e-commerce operations, with current warehouse capacities operating at near full load.

According to Executive Director Olga Shevchenko, the company will begin refurbishing the facility in Q3 2025, and in 2026 relocate its retail distribution warehouse there.

EVA currently operates a 43,000 m² distribution center in Brovary, divided into:

  • ~22,000 m² — retail warehouse

  • ~21,000 m² — e-commerce warehouse

After commissioning the new facility, the existing 43,000 m² center will be fully dedicated to e-commerce, enabling significant scaling of online operations.

The proximity of the new complex to EVA’s current warehouse ensures staff retention and operational continuity without relocation outside the city.

The deal reflects broader market trends:

  • Ukrainian retailers are shifting from leasing to owning strategic logistics assets;

  • warehouse real estate remains one of the most resilient segments of commercial property;

  • e-commerce continues to grow at double-digit rates, driving fulfillment and automation investments.

For EVA, the acquisition represents a strategic move to scale e-commerce long-term and strengthen operational efficiency, while securing control over critical logistics infrastructure.
