EVA chain of stores acquired a logistics complex in Brovary from Dragon Capital

RUSH LLC (EVA chain of stores) has completed a deal to acquire the logistics complex of the state-owned enterprise SK Omega-1 Logistic with an area of approximately 20,000 m2 in Brovary from the ...

The acquisition of the facility is due to the rapid expansion of the e-commerce sector - an increase in the assortment and number of orders in the EVA.UA online store.

“From the third quarter of 2025, we plan to begin re-equipment of the facility purchased from Dragon Capital. In 2026, we plan to move our warehouse there, which will serve the EVA retail network in the central regions of Ukraine,” said Olga Shevchenko, Executive Director of RUSH LLC.

Currently, EVA already has a distribution center in Brovary with an area of about 43,000 m2 (including mezzanines). It is currently divided into a warehouse serving the retail network (about 22,000 m2) and an e-com warehouse (about 21,000 m2). After refurbishing the facility purchased from Dragon Capital, which has an area of 19,119 m2, the company plans to fully dedicate its current distribution center to the needs of the e-com sector.

“It was very important for us to find a facility close to the existing warehouse in order to maintain the team of employees in Brovary. The location of the complex of the state enterprise "SK Omega-1 Logistics" was ideal in this regard, because we will simply transfer people to work at another address within the city,” added the executive director of EVA.

Rush LLC, which manages the EVA network, was founded in 2002. At the end of 2024, the chain had about 1080 operating stores.

According to Opendatabot, the owner of Rush LLC is Cyprus-based Incetera Holdings Limited (100%), with Ruslan Shostak and Valeriy Kiptyk as the ultimate beneficiaries.

According to the results of three quarters of 2024, Rush’s revenue amounted to UAH 19.2 billion and net profit amounted to UAH 1.2 billion. In 2023, the company’s revenue increased by 33.7% to UAH 21 billion compared to 2022, while net profit increased by 26% to UAH 2.2 billion.
