This was discussed at a meeting on March 1, 2024 of representatives of the investor company for the construction of large-sized reinforced concrete structures with local assets of the company.
Investment support of the project since June 2022 was carried out by the team of the “Investment Office of the Ternopil Region”, which is a division of the “Institute for Sustainable Regional Development” and its head Vladimir Vasilevsky. For almost two years, this powerful investor was deciding on the final location, and as a result, the Mykulynets territorial community of the Ternopil region was chosen, which provided the best conditions for such a powerful investor.
At the meeting, a presentation of the plant development project was made (production auxiliary buildings, logistics, volume of investment, volume and range of products, number of jobs planned to be created).
A visualization of the production premises themselves and partly of the production technology was carried out.
Representatives of the investor informed and provided the appropriate guarantees for environmental safety and compliance with other legal norms, and also showed the most modern equipment that will be equipped with this production.
Thanks to such powerful investors, the total amount of direct investment in the region will increase by more than UAH 1 billion. and more than 150 new jobs will be created.
The budget of the society and the budget of the region will receive powerful financial support, and new life will be breathed into the locality. This is a transparent company, where the average salary will be no less than 20-22 thousand UAH.
An investment memorandum will soon be signed and all preparatory and construction work on the site will begin.
